A reminder to all members regarding the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 27th April 2024.

Further to the notification of the CMCC AGM, we would like to remind all members of the following details:

All members should have received the AGM Notice with any accompanying documents at least six weeks ago.

In the event you have not received your AGM Notice, please email info@canterburymosque.co.uk by Friday, 19th April, 5 pm, requesting the AGM Notice and accompanying documents.

Additionally, we kindly remind members that a renewed and valid membership is a must to attend the AGM and to cast votes.

Please note that in case of not renewing your membership, your record will be deleted, and you will need to start a new application to become a member again.

This AGM is extremely important to attend! So kindly make all efforts to attend & vote on the proposed constitutional memorandum Thank you for your attention to these matters.
