We open our doors to the city’s homeless brothers and sisters.
Last night we opened our doors to the city’s homeless “brothers and sisters” and we continue to do this during the cold wave.
We will be providing evening meals and shelter at Canterbury Mosque, so please spread the word. If you see someone out then get in touch with us or give them a lift to Canterbury Mosque.
We need to do this as a joint effort from all residents of Canterbury. We, the residents, can take it upon ourselves to look after our own. So I urge all the residence of Canterbury the next time you pass by a homeless person get them a warm drink and spend a few minutes talking to them. Let them know that there are warm places for them to go.
Thank you for all your efforts.
