It has come to our attention that some members may not have received the Nomination Form for the upcoming elections. Although the Nomination Form was sent to the emails we have on record for each member and also published together with the AGM Notice on the Canterbury Mosque website Invitation for Nominations – Canterbury Mosque on 27 February 2025, we understand that it might not have reached everyone.
To ensure a fair and inclusive process, we are extending the deadline for the submission of nominations to 23 April 2025, 1700HRS. This extension will allow additional time for the submission of qualified nominations.
