Notice of Postponement of Extraordinary General
Meeting (EGM)
Dear Members,
This is to inform you that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), which was scheduled to be held on 27 Sept 2025 has been postponed.
The postponement is due to the following reasons:
1. An insufficient number of candidates coming forward for the posts up for election.
2. The Treasurer has informed the committee and the trustees there is delay in the
preparation of the accounts, which were to be presented at the meeting.
A revised date for the EGM will be notified once the above matters have been resolved and the necessary preparations completed. It’s anticipated the date will be before 31 Oct 2025 as this is the date when the financial statements must be filed.
